All data collected on our website is processed on Wix's servers. As part of the previously mentioned services provided by Wix, this data may also be transferred to Wix Inc, 500 Terry A. The basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed. This is the case when the circumstances indicate that the issue has been finally resolved and unless there are contrary statutory obligations to retain such data.
6) Web analytics services
Any processing described above, and particularly the setting of Wix Analytics cookies to read information about the end device used, will only be carried out if we receive your express consent in accordance with Art.6 (1) a GDPR. Without this consent, use of Wix Analytics will be suspended during your visit to the website.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save the user's cookie preferences. Users' personal data is not processed in this process.

9) Duration of personal data storage
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined based on the applicable legal basis, the purpose of the processing and - if necessary - also based on the respective statutory retention period (e.g., retention periods pursuant to commercial and tax law).
In the case of processing personal data based on unambiguous consent in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, the data is stored until the consent of the data subject is withheld.
If there are statutory retention periods for data processed under legal or similar obligations pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, the data will be routinely deleted after the expiry of the storage period, if it is no longer required for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of the contract and/or there is no further legitimate interest on our part for further storage.
In the case of processing personal data pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, the data will be stored until the data subject exercises his right to object in accordance with Art. 21 paragraph 1 GDPR, unless we are able to provide compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or if the processing is used to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
In the case of processing personal data for direct marketing purposes, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, the data is stored until the data subject exercises his right to object in accordance with Art. 21 paragraph 2 GDPR.
Unless otherwise stated in other information contained in this statement regarding specific processing situations, the stored personal data will be deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
